Dr. Ralph recommends the following products to patients when clinically indicated
Dietary Supplements
We stock many of the more common Science Based Nutrition and Douglas Labs supplements recommended as a result of nutritional analysis completed in our office and will order any items that we don't stock.
We also stock some Dee Cee Laboratories dietary supplements and will gladly order anything that we don’t stock. Dee Cee is a 100% green family owned company located in White House, TN. Their manufacturing and packaging facility is registered with and inspected by the FDA (FDA Facility Registration # 1023013) and they comply with industry standard Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s). Most of their products contain no artificial additives or preservatives.
Their most highly recommended products include:
- Formula 303, a maximum strength homeopathic formula natural muscle relaxant for muscle spasms, tension and stress. This is a great alternative to acetaminophen or prescription muscle relaxers because it won’t interfere with your natural body functions or chemistry.
- Unique B-12, a gluten free sublingual tablet with B12, B6, folic acid and biotin. This provides nutritional support for a healthy nervous system and cardiovascular function. Because it is designed to dissolve under your tongue, it improves the absorption by bypassing the digestive system and infusing directly into the bloodstream.
- Disc-Gard +, a high potency formulation of vitamins, minerals, glucosamine HCL and MSM. This is a fast disintegrating formulation for the conservative management of deteriorating spinal discs to be used in combination with spinal manipulation (adjustments), exercise and diet.
Chiropractic Solutions also stocks many Douglas, SBN and other brands of dietary supplements and will order others when recommended as a result of nutritional diagnostic testing.
Pillows
We stock Core Products cervical pillows in two sizes: Tri-Core and Mid-Core. These pillows are a natural, drug-free way to help correct and maintain the posture of your cervical spine by helping to support your head and neck in their most natural, neutral position while you sleep. We also stock the Jackson Roll pillow, which can be used for various purposes: gentle neck support, lumbar support or under or between knees while lying down.
Hot/Cold Therapy
Dr. Ralph often recommends the use of a ice pack to reduce swelling. We carry Core Products high quality CorPacks with a soft frost-free cover that can be placed directly on the skin and a biodegradable fill that retains temperatures for long periods. We stock two sizes: 10in x 13in for lower back use and 6in x 20in for neck/cervical use. We usually have some in the freezer ready for use, but they can also be used for heat therapy by microwaving.
Topical Pain Relief
Dr. Ralph recommends Two Old Goats Essential Oil Lotion This product’s goat’s milk base combined with aloe vera and almond oil carries its natural blend of six Essential Oils (German Chamomile, Lavender, Rosemary, Peppermint, Eucalyptus and Birch Bark) deep into your joints and muscles and acts as both an anti-inflammatory and an analgesic. Best of all, it has a delicate scent, not a strong unpleasant medicinal odor. We have received positive response from many who have purchased and used this lotion.
Custom Orthotics

Dr. Ralph will review the results with you and recommend orthotic product(s) if needed. We can have your custom orthotics to you in 7-10 days.
Orthotics are an eligible expense for Health Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and some insurance plans may cover them also.
